Comfortable stay. Clean, quiet, safe. Enjoyed hot breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean. Furniture is somewhat outdated. Staff was great! They always greeted the customers. They were welcoming, positive, and happy to answer any questions. We will stay again.

The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park
It was a very nice hotel, especially BTS was staying at this hotel while we were there. Unfortunately we could not stay 2 nights, due to such high demeand for hotels at that time.

The staff was amazing. We were in town for the BTS concert and they did their best to accommodate early check ins while also preparing a room for people to get ready in for those that weren’t checked in yet.

It was very convenient to be able to walk a short distance from the airport. The room was nice. I slept well with no disruption. I really like the free fountain Coke. I'll stay again next time I come to El Paso.
