Amazing staff!!! Ryota was so helpful and kind. The rooms were so clean. Loved the hot tub and outdoor pool. We were there for BTS and Ryota cheered us on and chatted with us about it. Great hotel.

The breakfast was very good. Parking was good. The property is dated. The bathroom floor could have been cleaner and the door to the room was dirty. Also loud guests in the hall at 1:00 in the morning.
