Room pretty modern, usb plugs , great smart TV, clean with all amenities required for charging mobile phones, iron, ironing board, tea / coffee etc . Breakfast was very good with selection of full fry up or continental. Optionof swimming and sauna available, small area, but good plus bonus.

Perfectly placed hotel for a stay in Edinburgh. Literally right outside the train station and just off the Royal Mile. Greeted with a glass of prosecco on arrival. Very friendly staff, very clean, good food. Definitely recommend.
