Due to flight delays, unable to arrive until the next morning. LaQuinta said there was no payment recourse as I had already paid, but they did let us have breakfast.

Comfort Inn & Suites Hadley - Amherst
Clean room. Full shampoo bottle but emptied hair conditioner bottle. Bed pillows were uncomfortable. Loud noise out in the hallway and running heard in the room above. Close (front and side) parking spots filled up fast in the evening. Back parking was dimly lite.

Probably was misleading about amenities! I signed up for a swimming pool which is picture and made to look indoor but in actually was an outdoor pool that was closed. The beds were broken and slanted in the rooms. Bathroom was smelling really bad as if it was just used before we came in. The worst ...

I had to ask for house keeping after 3 days. They took the garbage out and replaced towels. They did not make the bed or change linen. Very disappointing.

The door didn’t lock, the shower curtain didn’t close, they were out of towels, the blankets were stained and dirty looking, there’s no where to park. The pictures on line are very misleading.

Staff was unresponsive to complaint about large amount of hair in/on shower drain. Asked them to clean it and it wasn't done. Also the bathroom had a very strong odor that want addressed. Seemed like nice people just not focused on details.
