I was charged $16.28 and this was a pre-paid reservation. There should be no charges and there is no number to call the hotel directly. Terrible customer service for a hotel.

Poor room cleaning… toilet seat was broken and half ass fixed. Hair in the tub. They do not advertise that you need to also pay 15$ a night for parking which is BS! Customer service sucks. Never will go here again.

Besides the tub being very worn out the room was good. My only complaint is I went for food in the morning… and they had bagels, bread, coffee, and jelly. No cream cheese that I could find or anything. It’s like a fake offering. Took a coffee and left.
