Room had mold cracks and bubbles in ceiling carpets were gross and baggage staff and carts were totally unavailable at check in no doorman this hotel has gone way down in quality I’ve been staying here since 2016 will never go back after this past stay.

Reserved for king but refused to get one.. location of the rooms was not explained correctly… waited for few minutes at front desk to check in while the the employee was talking on the phone. Chairs and other stuff on the corridor .. Over all not happy

The room was clean and a nice size. I did notice the bathroom door needed repair. The bottom of the door was chopped off, also the spa motor was broken so no bubbles in the spa/jacuzzi. Lastly the over priced $55 a night valet option.

Everything was pristine! The staff were all kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and we also enjoyed the daily complementary evening reception. The location is perfect and walkable to many DC attractions.
