At the front desk, the staff who assisted us had a bad attitude and were unpleasant during check-in. Everything else was fine, except that the ice machine was not working. We asked, but there was no way to get any ice. If you want, I can make it sound more formal or stronger for a complaint.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and gracious. We even purchased one of your duvet covers, Jenette the head of housekeeping was a lovely woman. The breakfast lady was so kind. The afternoon check-in personnel were delightful and helpful. We'd definitely stay again.
