nice breakfast. i liked the shuttle from the airport BUT should have read the schedule carefully. We had to wait 2 hours to get to hotel. It was further from the airport than I expected. I was so tired that I couldn't go to the spa, which was a main reason I went there.

Richmond Hotel Narita
Older rooms and fairly outdated but very walkable. Easy 5 minute access to the train that connects to the airport. Breakfast was fine. Service was good and the rooms were clean. Overall an okay property, mostly very conveniently located.

Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast, one of the best we had in Japan. Friendly staff. Convenient shuttle to Narita airport, but they don't drive too frequently to the airport (once per hour). Narita is a nice town to visit too, within walking distance

The restaurant sucks, only one very limited menu that is the same for both lunch and dinner, only breakfast is buffet, and the scrambled eggs are pretty much raw, I highly recommend walking over to the Hilton if you want better options
