Useful free bus shuttle to station. Staff very courteous. Handy for station but perhaps a little too far from downtown Kyoto. Didn’t use pool as there was a substantial charge per person per session. Would have expected guest use for free.

The staff was exceptionally polite and friendly. The internet was good and reliable. Great location - very close to Kyoto Station. The only con is the pillows are too hard.
