"It served the purpose. The persons at the front were meh at best. Not completely helpful nor knowledgeable. We joined friends for a baseball tournament and cedar point outing. So we didn’t do anything but cleanse and rest. However I will say I’ve stayed at better Comfort Inns."

"Our room was dirty. The tile floor in the bathroom was disgustingly dirty, and the countertops were streaked with something. There is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your things up steps. Generally, the property seemed rundown and dated."
