The staff was great but I wish they told us prior to check in that the pool was freezing cold and despite other reviews the bed was like a 3 out of 5 and the eggs at breakfast were horrible and the biscuits were hard as rocks. Honestly I was expecting better from the Hyatt, would not stay again.

The hot tub is non existent. This detail was not in the Expedia listing nor on the hotels website. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls and obvious water damage in the room. Exterior and lobby looked nice enough but the rooms left plenty to be desired.

The electric was out the entire weekend and I put my name on the list to cancel and get a refund. There was no power at all. I called the hotel and I still do not have my refund!!!
