There should be a disclaimer when the hotel is under construction with limited elevators. Otherwise, the room fell very short of a suite which is why it’s only an “ok” rating

I wasn’t able to make it nor was Hotel. Com able to allow me to change my day to another future date. I understand no refund but they could allowed me to reschedule my evening. As long as I have been with the company I just thought that I would have been taken care of. Let down
