It was such a memorable experience for our family of 5. Their staff were helpful and friendly. The dining experience was great and the room was exceptional and clean. They offer free shuttle to KLCC and Publica shopping malls. I would highly recommend Hyatt Regency KL.

The location of this hotel is 100 out of a 100. Express train direct from the airport to KL sentral where the hotel connects to without going outside on the street. Staff are extremely friendly.
