Our room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of options for a continental breakfast. Check in was easy and staff were helpful & pleasant. Would definitely stay again.

Hallways and rooms smell like cigarette smoke. Bed had hair in it and the bed was slept in. Bathroom has mould on the ceiling. Sticky residue on table. Do not stay here even if it’s cheap.

Best Western Premier Calgary Plaza Hotel & Conference Centre
The restaurant was limited. I attended for a conference but had excellent front desk service and the pool and gym facilities were nicely appointed with good shower and change facilities, a clean pool and hot tub.
