Stains on carpet, the handle bar in the bathroom broken upon arriving. Back door handle did not work felt half safe. One of the queen beds the springs gave out and was like sleeping in a bowl. Front desk didn’t seem to care.

The mattress was very uncomfortable they did flip it but said it wasn't old enough to be changed out, I slept terrible both nights, they did offer to switch rooms but we were all unpacked and only staying two nights!
