There was no room available when we checked in. I guess a pipe burst and they had no way to call us. They put us in another hotel for 1 night that I had no way of checking out before we stayed.

We found bedbugs in our room. We were located to a new a room. Then was told by the front desk that we should have been made to stay in that room or given a refund to stay somewhere else. We had been out all day and returned late that night. It was 12am and they were okay with putting
