I thought the front desk clerk was kind of stale. Not very friendly. I was charged for parking twice and only credited once. Rooms were comfortable, but not as luxurious as I had hoped for. I think it’s a little overpriced.

Fantastic location right on the Riverwalk. No steps or elevator, just step out the back doors of the hotel directly onto the Riverwalk. The Ambler restaurant at the hotel has outdoor tables to watch the other tourists go by.
