The room was awesome! Staff was top notch. One star deducted because we just didnt like our bed. It was a memory foam but was way to stiff for our liking.

We loved the warm fresh cookies at the front desk. The outdoor fireplace was a really nice touch. Our room was very clean and we loved the separate bedroom in the suite.

La Quinta Inn and Suites by Wyndham at WaTiki Waterpark
Great family hotel if you have kids. Rooms are basic and breakfast was OK but nothing great. BUT our kids loved the waterpark and it was so convenient that it was attached to our hotel. We alao ordered pizza and wings after or waterpark day to our room and that was GREAT FOOD!

Everything from check-in to check-out was great. Our room was clean, the bedding was fabulous and we slept well and breakfast was good. Overall, we were very satisfied with this hotel and would stay again if in Custer.

They don't accept your debit cards as payment for the crazy $200 incidental fee after they already charged my card stating they didn't know how it went thru. Much better places to stay in rapid
