Our stay was great, check in process was quick. Staff in the restaurant/ bar were very attentive and super helpful. The only not so good thing about our stay was that the bed was too firm and both my husband had a mediocre nights sleep. Everything else was great!

Down Hall Hotel
Reception staff were excellent. Room was well appointed and the bathroom very clean. Bar and wait staff were very pleasant and courteous but in need of further training.

The stay was fine until I got electrocuted, faulty plug socket that was incredibly loose and electrocuted me. Told the receptionist who apologised and said someone would be in touch

Seven Hotel
Shampoo and shower gels had run out. Bathroom flooded a bit as floor divider thing was a bit thin. One of the side lights by bed did not work. Was a lovely room. Great views.
