The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the facilities were good. The only real downside to our visit really was the fire alarm going off at 3am. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fantastic location, across the street from Trafalgar Square, waling distance to Picadilly, Chinatown, theatres. Wide cariety of restaurants and pubs within a couple of blocks. Would definitely stay there again.
