Unfortunately my room had inadequate facilities (a wardrobe that didn’t allow for full-length storage of my garments) but the staff downstairs put it right and moved me to a better room. The breakfast the following day was wonderful and all-in-all, a lovely stay. Would definitely return:

The staff were beyond helpful! They were attentive to our needs even helping us get into our room as early as possible. They gave us directions for downtown London. The rooms were wonderful and the bath towels were huge!!

Point A London Kings Cross - St Pancras
Hotel was conveniently located close to Kings Cross and staff helpful. The room however was the size of a postage stamp and felt very claustrophobic. Value for money 4 out of 10, £195 for 1 night for a tiny room with no window and £3 surcharge to look after my bag for the day was not great!
