Great hotel for an overnight stay, especially if you have an early flight out of Heathrow. It's 2 mins walking distanct to the terminal and it is all connected by a bridge which means you will never have to venture outside to get to T5. Breakfast is fantastic and staff are great!

Only stayed one night as catching a flight from Heathrow the following day. Room generally clean though stains on carpet. Bathroom clean. Beds very comfortable. Staff at reception friendly and helpful.

Heathrow Terminal 4. Enclosed walkway. Easy check in. Basic room. Nice bar and restaurant area. Good food at a reasonable price. Room rates are very reasonable. Beware though - wifi is unacceptably poor. You can buy better wifi for £5, which we did.

Room was clean and tidy, plenty of space. Towels, toiletries are provided. The room also has a kettle, tea, coffee, and a smart TV which you can cast to. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is plenty of lounge space and activities on the ground floor. Lovely stay!
