Early flight so decided to stay here to reduce the travel stress. Glad we did. Easy walk to terminal 2. Hotel was clean and quiet. Had a few drinks in bar. Didn’t eat at restaurant.

It was but the amount of people consuming the food it was busy. However the hotel should make it policy that people are not going in there with pyjama’s and dressing gown, its off putting. In addition i witnessed someone man handle all the baps. Again disgusting.

GOOD SELECTION FOR BREAKFAST. A BIT SLOW ON THE SERVICE - HAD TO GO LOOKING FOR STAFF ON A FEW OCCASIONS AFTER WAITING FOR BUTTER, MORE TOAST, MORE JUICE. WOULD HAVE LIKED TO JUST REMAIN SEATED WITH A MUCH QUICKER RESPONSE FROM STAFF.

Hotel tired and in need of updating. Dirty pillow cases! Heating in room not working, electric fan heater provided with feet missing - potential fire hazard! Staff very friendly, polite welcoming, attentive and happy! Food great, bar service great. Attention to food allergy great!
