Comfort Inn & Suites Hadley - Amherst
Clean, comfortable & spacious room. Friendly front desk staff. Parking was easy. We don’t eat breakfast there but the breakfast room looked nice. Only complaint: air conditioning/heating unit was noisy and didn’t seem to have much temp control - was either very hot air or cold.

I had to ask for house keeping after 3 days. They took the garbage out and replaced towels. They did not make the bed or change linen. Very disappointing.

Breakfast was excellent; room was very clean; parking was free. The staff were personable and helpful. The casino and restaurants were a short walk. Will definitely stay there again.

Check in was super easy and so convenient for the airport. The parking lot was very well lit and felt secure. The room was a good size and clean. The bed was so comfortable! I really appreciated the shuttle to the airport as well.
