Lovely beach, beautiful views. The unit itself was small, very dated, and lacked simple decent amenities. Coffee tasted like dark water - and this in Hawaii? Nothing in the pantry, not even salt and pepper. For the price, this is not a good value. If it were half the cost, it’s great.

Best Western The Plaza Hotel Honolulu Airport - Free Breakfast
The location from the airport is good. We stayed two different nights and each night. The air conditioning did not work. Every time we went to have breakfast at least 45 minutes before closing time, they ran out of food.

The Housekeeping staff were amazing and extremely helpful. The front desk personnel were helpful and competent but not very personable. The bell service and the valet were very understaffed and trying their best to service guests, to the point they were visibly stressed and flustered .

The hotel first floor it’s super dirty, we didn’t use the pool, restaurant or gym. They charge for parking, there is not parking close by for stays, they also charge extra for using the amenities. $75 dls, extra per day! Horrible experience
