Yes, it wasn’t as advertised on Expedia. We had to change to a new room because the photos were inaccurate. The room even had a cockroach (only one) However, the staff were very friendly and conscientious. It’s a great spot to the beach and all the shopping. No other real concern.

Staff is so nice, friendly and accommodating. Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and Ala Moana mall. W-line bus stop is right in-front of the hotel, easy commute to the airport. Parking is safe and secure. Great place to stay for a quick vacation!
