The building across looked directly into my room. Building and area is dingy and needs some work. Elevators were slow. Staff nice but not ( over professional)

'Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach
Front receptionist and faculty are well Maintained and clean. Our housekeeper (Ben) was excellent and went above and beyond in giving us suggestion about fireworks on Friday and places to go. He even helped us get beach chairs so we can have it for the beach.

Be aware it’s loud. You can hear the cars/motorcycles outside all night and people upstairs…just noise from everywhere. I didn’t sleep at all. It seemed clean enough, but no extra amenities like lotion or separate face soap. $50/day for parking.

Room was clean, beds comfortable, great view, staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately someone decided to put there shoe on the escalator and broke it on Saturday night.
