they have closed all of the alternative entries to the hotel which is the big inconvenience because you have to walk in and out of the front lobby only other than that everything was great

The Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza St. Louis
Staff is slow at the restaurants and could be friendly along with a couple of gals that did room service as far as friendliness. Rooms are a bit dated but hotel is pretty. The popcorn was awful at the movies but really fun thing to do as far as watching movies there.

The bathroom looked like was not clean ever. Found small roach in the sheets. Used towel hanging up. Room itself was not clean at all. Hai everywhere. Stay somewhere else . Not sure how it has been rated for being clean.

Weathered. Pool green and draining right into parking lot all weekend. Breakfast weak for rates over $200. Have to ask to have your room cleaned or towels replaced. Don’t anticipate a return visit.
