Check in was a little challenging at first as it was completed virtually on an iPad. We booked two rooms for a total of 5 adults and two kids. Rooms were a good size. Great location , very accessible. We would stay here again!

ART HOTEL NARITA
The staff were extremely polite which was very nice after a 10 hour flight. The convenience store was perfect for snacks and the shuttle bus made it very easy to commute between the airport and the local Aeon mall. I would definitely stay there again.
