Clean room and comfortable stay. The room and bathroom were spotless, the bedding was cozy, and the hotel was quiet at night. Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. Very close to downtown Syracuse. Great value.

Don’t eat the breakfast!! Inedible for what was actually offered. The eggs were one solid gelatinous pile. Waffle batter was positively vile.

The room was not equipped with proper working fixtures and bathing towels two days second day bath towel was stained with blue dye Carpet was stained and the desk chair was in very poor condition the desk was sprayed with splatter pain the bed box spring was worn out
