In general the hotel was slightly outdated especially noted with lights and bathroom door. Office Manager on duty Emma was excellent very friendly. We love her. The beds were comfortable and hot shower.

We had paid for this room over $200. It was supposed to be a deluxe room. It was a handicap room and the bathroom was old and ugly. It had a shower chair (we are not wheelchair or handicapped). We had to call the front desk because it was 1 am and the noise in the room next to us was unbearable! ...

Front desk staff guy and the shuttle guys were great. The room however was pretty dirty, especially the bathroom and the toilet seat(literally wiped off black from it) . Thankfully, it was just a short stay for us (like 4 hours) while we waited for our connection flight.
