Great location to theatres, shops, restaurants and local places like Oxford Circus, Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square. The staff are helpful and friendly. Room is quiet but needs a bit of maintenance and repair.

The room was clean and very convenient to be so close to the Terminal with a young child but the room lacked plug sockets next to the bed and a couple of the light switches didn’t work. A good stay though

The rooms are lovely but the bar is not that great and very expensive. The food is not that great with very unhealthy food. We tried to get the room service and the food never arrived an hour later. Then, we had to walk to departure to get food.

The Marble Arch Hotel, by Thistle
Great location - near shopping, Hyde park and Marble Arch. Close to public transportation and there were black cabs at the door almost every time we left. Nice room for the 3 of us we had Executive suite. Staff was wonderful.
