Would forego the breakfast as I don’t think it’s is worth £8.95 at all, some bread, muffins croissants cereal cheese ham cucumber and pepperoni. Good location, nice reception, rooms need a refurbishment. Towel rail not working. Room was cold . I believe the house control the heating and didn't have it switched on to cut costs. Summer stay would be ok.

Breakfast was excellent, free fir children up to 14 years old with 1 paying adult - great deal. Staff very helpful, excellent location at the city center and 300yards from train station. Will be back. Thanks for your hard work guys.
