Nice room, great location. Customer service was great, our first room air con wasn’t working and we let them know, we’d checked in late so maintenance wasn’t there so they moved us to a new and bigger room. No hassle and a great experience!

The hotel staff were great. The receptionist was so welcoming 🙂. The shops were a walk and a tram journey but only one stop on the tram. St Peter's Square ⬛ is lovely a five minute walk away. Bed was very comfortable.

Prime location, clean environment, lovely staff. Amy and Frankie at reception were very polite and professional— they couldn’t do enough for us. And the kitchen staff, amazing. Baazi was friendly and helpful. Everyone outdid selves, even housekeeping. I highly recommend.
