Shower and sink were terrible. Barely hot water but took fine tuning to find where it would be hot and not cold. We had to fiddle with shower for 20 minutes every morning before shower. Also the toilet handle shot water water out when flushing.

Hidden gem in the theatre district. Great decor, restaurant and bar on site is great. Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Walking distance to everything you need. Definitely recommend

This was our second stay in three years when visiting Chicago. The staff is great and the rooms are comfortable. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel Elephant and Castle is an extra treat. Delicious food and awesome drinks.
