There was never anyone at the front desk. Disappointed that there was no hot tub. The first laundry had only one set of machines. And the laundry room was dirty.

The Staff were absolutely amazing! Day and night, there wasn't any one time we weren't greeted by friendly and professional staff from front desk to housekeeping. It made our trip so much better. We will be visiting again!

Cambria Hotel Niagara Falls
There was a woman that was asked to leave on a Friday and she was still there on Tuesday, sleeping in the lobby. Place was clean but they could not get a handle of having a homeless woman sleeping in the lobby. When I asked the front desk they saw no issue.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Buffalo Amherst
This was a good value for the price. Very clean. The bed was a little too soft for our preference, but I know that everyone has different styles. The location was convenient for getting around Buffalo but still quiet and felt safe. I would recommend it to others.
