Breakfast was simple and good. Overall our stay was great. The rooms itself is a bit run down, especially the bathrooms. Water was always cold-warm. Aside from that, there really wasnt anything wrong with this hotel. Would definitely stay there again

Great stay at the Shattuck. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for a walk to the Berkeley campus. Great food options near by! We will definitely be back.

Checked into room 207 and lock on door was broken. Meaning you didn't need a key to open door. Told front desk and was told there was nothing they could do it about it. Could not get another room because hotel was full and beat they can so is 50 percent refund
