The outside hot tub was very cold, indoor hot tub was nice but not hot. The room was amazing and it was such an experience. I will definitely be staying here again.

Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites St. Louis Riverport - Airport West
Keys quit working 3 times during stay. Not near my phone so that was not the issue. Carpet in room was nasty. Room smelled musty. Breakfast was not kept stocked and very little to choose from. Location was nice. Police were called there at least twice during our stay due to guests fighting.

Our room was pretty small. Staff was a little overwhelmed with everyone checking in at once. The way the front desk was placed meant people didn’t know where to line up to wait. Pool and workout room were very well cared for and the free drinks and breakfast was a nice amenity.

The front desk was amazing. I had several self-inflicted issue pop up and they came through big time. From recommendations for dinner, to key card change, to letting me know i left property at check out very quickly- I would 100% come to this hotel anytime I’m in the area

Arrived at noon. The coffee shop was closed. The lobby was packed. Had to wait three hours for room and there were no comfortable chairs or sofas to use while waiting. Only had a cafeteria area with hard cheap chairs. Def not what I’m used to.
