The grounds at this resort were beautiful. Very quiet with a creek running by it. The unit we stayed in was very dated. Looks like no updates or deep cleaning for a long time. Hotel Aspen InnSuites Flagstaff/Grand Canyon
Most everything was satisfactory. Did not like checking in with a kiosk with someone that was hard to understand. Found hair in the bathroom but not a big deal. I also don't like being asked by cleaners if I'm checking out as im walking out.

I feel the Hotel should offer complementary coffee. They have two convenience store less than a hundred yards away, both serve a much less expensive higher quality of coffee. But over all the property is a great choice when visiting Flagstaff.

The Kendrick Hotel, Ascend Hotel Collection
Overall, the staff was super nice. Was there was one woman with glasses working in the front desk that looked very unhappy to be there. I was gonna ask her something, but I thought twice and looked it up online instead.
