The only negative this is they just have a made to order, sit down restaurant, which you pay for. Nice to have a faster (and free) buffet like most other hotels. Otherwise, it’s a very nice place to stay.

High Country Motor Lodge – Near NAU/Downtown
Property is looking worn in some areas. Needs attention to small details such as paint touchup and dust in the corners of the baseboard. $14 for a pint of beer is a bit much compared to other locations in the same town. This is a clean, quiet hotel, but it's not a 5 star resort by any means.

The complimentary breakfast was a yogurt, banana and orange. If you wanted something else off the menu, they would discount the complimentary breakfast price for the meal. The place is nice and close to Sedona . The staff are a bit underwhelming and not very welcoming. Checking in and out was not what I would expect for the cost of staying. I would also not call this place a resort . It is a small family hotel in a resort town.
