I love staying at Hotel UMass. The hotel lobby is nice and inviting with a fireplace and coffee and cookies. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are very clean and modern. Love the walkin shower and glass door.

Probably was misleading about amenities! I signed up for a swimming pool which is picture and made to look indoor but in actually was an outdoor pool that was closed. Red Roof Inn PLUS+ South Deerfield – Amherst
Room was clean. Patrons were running in the halls woke us at 1:23 am the first night. Second night at 5 am people yelling in the halls. Not sure we would stay there again as our sleep was disturbed both nights!
