Food was expensive and not good quality. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Minimal ventilation in the room, very hot. Much more strict tattoo policy than was stated on the booking info. Bus to Tokyo station was convenient and affordable

The room was clean. Need better instructions on how to operate the lights in the room. Light switches on a wall is better than panel by bed. Also fridge rattles when compressing to cool. Otherwise nice hotel.

staff was friendly. However the bathroom was pretty dirty and the only good amenities cost extra or required you to be a member. The buffet was overpriced as well.

Rooms were way dated and in poor repair. Worn carpet, peeling wall paper, stained ceilings. Of course, for $45 USD, what was I expecting??? Good in the restaurants was pretty good. Bus transport to NRT was good too.
