The staff was great the property is in rough shape though, the carpet was dirty, the tub had rust spots and all the tiles in the bathroom were broken. the images were not a good representation of our room.

The shuttle picks uou right at the front door and runs every 15-20 minutes from 530a-10pm to the Cleveland Clinic. The valet us also right st the front door. Its hassle free, they have a restaurant on site, clean rooms with big showers..it makes our trip up to the clinic 4 times a year so much ...

Lots of things were broke in the room. Towels were dirty, bathroom tissues had mold on them and everything was dirty! Workers were rude and hot tub wasn’t hot and the jets didn’t work. We had to get our room keys reactivated 3 times for a two night stay
