Toliet was leaking and had a puddle of water in the bathroom when we first checked in. Fire alarm went off. Key card to the room was deactivated and our room was marked as dirty and we checked out even thought we were still there for another night.

Its a good budget hotel if you need something cheap cost wise. The hotel could use an upgrade, the wall paper was peeling on the 4th floor ( unless its under construction and just no sign posted), not sure on the others. The room was clean, smelled fine as well. Hotel Concord Syracuse, an Ascend Collection Hotel
The hallway carpets were dirty, garbage on the floor. The breakfast was limited and the refrigerated items looked warm and had been left out. The bedsheets had hair on them. The bathroom door couldn’t lock. The water wouldn’t get hot in the shower. The paint on the walls and doors was peeling.
