Loved our stay here, we will definitely be back! Due to vehicle trouble, we arrived very late. We were greeted with warmth and compassion making us feel comforted and at ease. Our room was very clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The artist rooms are really cool and the overall decor is appealing. However the overall hotel needs just a little more maintenance. The mandatory amenities fee of $20/day was an unwelcome surprise.

Best Western Airport Albuquerque InnSuites Hotel & Suites
The hotel has all basic functions you should expect. It has a ban 24/7 between the airport and hotel but could not accommodate our party of six at the same time. They did make two trips to make sure we all arrived at the hotel about the same time. It is safe to walk the area around the hotel.

Room was clean, AC was very noisy, freezer didn’t freeze. Breakfast was okay not out of the ordinary for a hotel. They did have staff member make eggs to order which was a nice touch.

Pool wasn’t open but my stay was still very nice. Breakfast was very weak but luckily we weren't counting on that as our meal to start the day. Breakfast lady was very nice.
