Good location and proximity to the plaza. Hotel was undergoing some construction. The heat/cool wasn’t working in our first room. They moved us, second room had some holes that needed to be patched for work being done. Nice room size, staff was nice and did their best to accommodate.

Checked in once we saw the property and room it was time to go. The king size bed looked like it was rode hard and put away wet. Nonetheless, the staff was very accommodating and allowed us a complete refund and we were on our way to find new accommodations.

Inn and Spa at Loretto
It’s a good hotel with a great location. Everything is within walking distance. The spa is small but with excellent service. The house restaurant has good service and good food. The pool is very nice als. Overall, it’s a great option for a stay in Santa Fe

The property is a little shabby, but nothing horrible. People are so nice and friendly, breakfast was yummy, loved the hot tub and sauna. Room was clean, terrific bed and top notch lotion/soap/body wash toiletries. Will definitely stay again
