Hampton Inn St. Louis-Downtown (At the Gateway Arch)
The elevator was a nightmare. That must get fixed. We should have been given a refund. Had to carry all our luggage up and down the emergency stairs. The parking was also full when we paid $30. The breakfast was all picked over and didn't have much to offer.

The noise from the hallways and the outside was terrible. Very difficult to sleep and then they screwed up and put our reservation under a different name so it didn’t match our car and caused all kinds of trouble when we tried to leave.
