The Westin Bonaventure Hotel and Suites, Los Angeles
The rooms are super clean, valet drivers were so quick and bell person took our luggage to our room Restaurant drinks were pretty good the view so beautiful from the restaurant and our room perfect view of everything.

The location is ideal downtown LA. Staff is always professional and helpful. Rooftop bar is magnificent with delicious drink concoctions and flavorful bites.

The LINE Hotel
Staying here is great, the rooms are wonderful and the view is beautiful from the high floors. The restaurant is great as is the lobby coffee bar. Staff are always so nice.

Staff rude, bottom lounge not actually open, scuffs on my bumper on my car after overnight stay. Not worth the distance from other areas in LA.

Facilities and staff met and exceeded all expectations. Did not use laundry or gym. The pool and spa area was very inviting

Sheraton Universal Hotel
The room did not have steady cooling or heating in the room the two nights and three days I was there. We froze at night and sweated in the day time. Brought up concerns and nothing was ever addressed. Staff was friendly but just not on ensuring all guest were happy in their rooms
