Clean room, comfortable bed, beautiful lobby. Didn’t use the pool or lounge but both looked nice. I’d stay here again.

Hampton Inn Springfield South Enfield
Other than a couple technical issues, the people and facilities was great. The elevator was partially out of order for a couple days. So I started parking on the end by the stairs. Then the door access stopped working. So at least I did get more walking in.

Very clean and safe area. Starbucks right in the format of the parking lot and a mall across the road. I was very happy with my accommodations

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Auburn by IHG
The rooms were clean and in order. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was well done and better than expected. Price was decent - My daughter goes to college up there and we have tried many hotels. This one was the best by far for the price.

Staff was nice. Elevator was down but I was on the 2nd flr. Actually, wotked out fine. Stairs were closer to my room than Elevator. Room was nice

Quality Inn West Springfield
When I took a shower, the shower-head was broken, so water sprayed out of the side and into the rest of the bathroom. My boyfriend had to put one of the towels over the side to prevent it from flooding the bathroom. Other than that, the staff were very nice, and the room was very clean.
