Know when you’re going there that you need to ask for room service. I could not get my room cleaned. My towels were either placed on the desk or on the toilet seat. The room was bright and comfortable, generous amount of towels, all of the staff were friendly, including the restaurant which provided nice options to eat in. The shuttle was extremely convenient. The valet service was organized and it was simple to get the car when we needed it to go out.

Wyndham Independence
Do not stay here if you have any kind of standards. Old property that desperately needs to be demolished and rebuilt. Every part of the hotel was cruddy!! We didn’t even take a shower because the base was cut open and rust had formed around the openings.

The hotel is centrally located, clean and up to date! The room was fabulous with a view of the lake and mall A for the Cleveland Marathon. Elevators were fast, staff was friendly and room was very clean. Will stay here again.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cleveland - Airport North
Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and plenty of parking. I was charged twice but it was taken care of as soon as I brought it to their attention. So just keep an eye on that.
